Opindersingh Bachattarsingh Baddhan
Opindersingh Bachattarsingh Baddhan, aged 63 (sixty-three) years, is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation i.e. October 08, 2008. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from University of Bombay. He has over 37 (thirty seven) years of experience in mould making. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Beacon Dies & Tools. Presently, he is also a director in OMG Auto Mould Private Limited and Infuse HRS Private Limited, sole proprietor of OM Enterprises and Karta of Opindersingh Bachittarsingh Baddhan HUF.
Jyothish Rajamohanan Nambiar
Jyothish Rajamohanan Nambiar, aged 50 (fifty) years, is the Promoter and Executive Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation i.e. October 08, 2008. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from State Board of Technical Education, Government of Kerela. He also holds a certificate in Further Education Programme from Nettur Technical Training Centre, Kannur. He has over 30 (thirty) years of experience in mould making. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with OM Enterprises and Galaxy Mould & Tools. Presently, he is also a director of OMG Auto Mould Private Limited and Infuse HRS Private Limited and Karta of Jyothish R Nambiar HUF.
Sathyapalan Ayadathil Poyil
Sathyapalan Ayadathil Poyil, aged 58 (fifty-eight) years, is the Promoter and Executive Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation i.e. October 08, 2008. He has undergone industrial training at Nettur Technical Training Foundation, Katpadi as a part of Diploma Course in Tool and Die Making. He over 30 (thirty) years of experience in mould making. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Beacon Dies & Tools. Presently, he is a director in OMG Auto Mould Private Limited, Proprietor of Neo Ventures and Karta of Sathyapalan Ayadathil Poyil HUF.
Gagandeep Opinder Singh Baddhan
Gagandeep Opinder Singh Baddhan, aged 33 (thirty-three) years, is the Executive Director of our Company with effect from September 23, 2024. He has been associated with our Company since April 01, 2014 as a plant head. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
He has over 14 (fourteen) years of experience in mould making. He was also a partner at OM Impex. Presently, he is also a Director in OMG Auto Mould Private Limited and Infuse HRS Private Limited.
Bhakti Chirag Bagadia
Bhakti Chirag Bagadia, aged 42 (forty-two) years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since May 05, 2025. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai. She is also a member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. She has over 14 (fourteen) years of experience in the corporate accounting, secretarial and compliance field. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Reliance Home Finance Limited, Jai Corp Limited, Cytec India Speciality Chemicals & Materials Private Limited, Bremskerl Friction Materials India Private Limited, RE Decorators and Exhibitors Private Limited, Smartwhale Advisers Private Limited, E-Land Fashion India Private Limited and Dhruv Wellness Limited. Presently, she is also a Company Secretary in Coffor Construction Technology Private Limited.
Bhavin Deepak Bhuta
Bhavin Deepak Bhuta, aged 45 (forty-five) years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 05, 2025. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai. He has over 16 (sixteen) years of experience in the printing industry. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Eternity Print Solutions Private Limited.
Dinesh Kumar Sharma
Dinesh Kumar Sharma, aged 67 (sixty-seven) years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 05, 2025. He holds a degree in Bachelors of Engineers from University of Indore and Diploma in Marketing Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He has over 40 (forty) years of experience in the automotive tooling, precision engineering and industrial automation industry. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd and TAGMA India.
Umesh Ramkumar Pareek
Umesh Ramkumar Pareek, aged 58 (fifty-eight) years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 30, 2025. He holds a degree in Bachelors of Engineers (Mechanical) from South Gujarat University and Post-Graduation Diploma in Management from Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has over 29 (twenty-nine) years of experience in the engineering and management field. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Prasad Machinery Private Limited, Acme Die Systems Private Limited, Milacron India Private Limited and DGP Windsor India Limited.
Dipti Ganesh Choudhary
Dipti Ganesh Choudhary, aged 41 (forty-one) years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company since May 05, 2025. She has been associated with our Company since August 01, 2009. She holds a post graduate diploma in Management (Business Administration) from S.P. Mandali’s Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research. She has over 21 (twenty-one) years of experience in the field of accounting and was previously associated with Om Enterprises. She has received remuneration of ₹ 8.18 Lakhs* for the period ended March 31, 2025.
Priya Ashwini Gupta
Priya Ashwini Gupta, aged 34 (thirty-four) years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company since August 16, 2025. She holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Ghanshyamdas Saraf Girls College of Arts and Commerce, University of Mumbai and master’s in commerce from University of Mumbai. She has also passed the exam of Bachelor of Law from University of Mumbai. She is a member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. She holds over 6 years (six) years of experience as a Company Secretary. Prior to joining our Company, she has been associated with Bolttech Device Protection India Private Limited, Prashant Mittal and Associates, SP Imartey & Associates and Asian Warehousing Ltd. She has not received remuneration for the period ended March 31, 2025.
